Dana H. Amro is an Associate Attorney at ALA, specializing in the corporate and commercial legal fields. Dana has great experience in dealing with multinational clients and corporations and attending to their legal needs, she is experienced in corporate structure, re-structure, advising on employment matters, contract drafting and review, and the identification of compliance issues and legal risks.  In her role, she works closely with senior attorneys and clients to navigate complex legal challenges, providing support across various jurisdictions and legal frameworks. Dana holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree from the University of Petra, where she graduated with distinction, demonstrating both academic excellence and a deep commitment to her legal studies. She further honed her expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London, where she developed a keen understanding of international commercial legal issues, particularly in the fields of cross-border transactions, commercial disputes, and corporate compliance.
